RG LPT Call Center

The RG Call Center is a program operated by our Agent Services department and is devoted to answering RG listing sign calls. Over 600 agents and growing average 2-3 calls per listing sign. Connecting agents with those sign calls will help grow their business!
The RG Call Center will answer all calls that come in from RG listing sign panels. They will then do the following:
✅ Ask the caller a few brief questions to find out what property they are calling on
✅ Log those call notes in our brokerage Follow Up Boss CRM account
✅Live Connect the call to the listing agent
✅ Send a follow up text with the caller's information to the agent if they do not answer
✅ Add the caller as a contact in our FUB account and assign it to the listing agent
Getting Started and Identifying Calls
Using the RG Call Center is easy! All you have to do is order an RG Sign Panel on the RG Listing Checklist when you submit your listing paperwork. That's it!
Any calls made to any RG Sign Panel with our company number will be routed through the RG Call Center!
Please Note: If you choose to use your own agent branded panels with your own phone number, these calls will not be routed through the RG Call Center
Identifying Listing Calls
It will be important to save the phone numbers in your phone that will be calling you to connect you with your listing calls.
