Marketing to your Title Toolbox List

Once you have your purchased list from Title Toolbox, you can start marketing to them! Below are a few suggestions!

Every agent at RG has access to an account with the Personal Marketing Company, who specializes in postcard mailings!

You can use this account to select a geofarming postcard campaign to send out to the list you have acquired from Title Toolbox!

Please Note: If you have a Personal Marketing Company account that RG did not create, please add Realty Group as your Office Location in your account so that RG's branding and campaigns will populate for you!

Selecting a Postcard

✅ Once you are logged in, scroll down and select "Postcards" as shown below

✅ From here, you can browse and select the type of postcard you would like to send! You can also upload your own design if you have a specific one you want to use!

✅ Follow the prompts to select the size, quantity, and to upload your title toolbox list of names

As part of our partnership with Ylopo Marketing Services, RG has the ability to remarket to leads through social media, even if they are not Ylopo leads.

What this means is that if the leads you have purchased through the Title Toolbox program that have valid names, emails, and phone numbers, Ylopo will try and match that information to a social media profile, and start showing that lead social media ads for homes through Ylopo. If the lead clicks an ad and wants more info, you would be notified via FUB!

Things to Note:

✅ The lead is not directly contacted by Ylopo in anyway, they are simply shown ads on social media and given a Ylopo Stars link for you to manage the lead if they do engage with any social media ads

✅ If you want to utilize Ylopo Remarketing for your Title Toolbox leads, upload the leads into your FUB CRM account and assign the tag:

"title toolbox-scrubbed-TC" for leads in the Twin Cities Area

"title toolbox-scrubbed-FL" for leads in the Florida 239 area code

✅ Ylopo will automatically start the social media remarketing
