Scrubbing your Title Toolbox List against the DNC
Realty Group is registered with the DNC giving us the ability to access "Do Not Call Lists" and make sure that the numbers you are purchasing from Title Toolbox are not on the DNC list and ensuring TCPA compliance.
Please Note:
✅ RG will not scrub lists of less than 5,000 leads against the DNC list
✅ Only the following Zip Codes will be scrubbed by RG: 651, 612, 763, 952, 239. Agents are responsible to scrub numbers outside of those zip codes
✅ Lists must be in a spreadsheet CSV file format
How to Get Your Lists Scrubbed
✅ Please make sure only the above zip codes (651, 612, 763, 952, 239) are on the list you are sending. Your list will be rejected if any other zip codes are present
✅ Once you have your purchased list from Title Toolbox, you will need to click Here, select the Title Toolbox Scrubbing service, upload your list and submit it to RG. The list needs to be in csv spreadsheet format.
✅ RG will then scrub this list against the Do Not Call Registry and send the list back to you. This list will be scrubbed automatically every 3 weeks and be sent to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for the scrub to be complete
