Broker Sumo: Agent Charges & Affiliate Fees

RG LPT uses the program Broker Sumo to charge your credit card on file your $100 monthly affiliate fee as well as any other charges you may have for additional services or upgrades that you have signed up for (office supplies, paid platform services, etc).

Updating your Credit Card

Visit https://brokersumo.com/customer-login?p=RG

Your username is the email that you have on file with RG LPT

You will be able to set your own password. Agent Services will not have access to your password. If you are not sure if you have set a password, simply click the reset password link and set a new password.

Once you have logged in:

1. Go to My Account

2. Account Settings

3. Go to the Credit Card Info section on the right side of the screen

4. Delete the card on file

5. Enter your billing address

6. Click 'Add Credit Card' link

7. Enter credit card information

8. Click Save

To Pay Active Invoices:

Same steps above 1-2

Go to Billing Log

Pay Individual Invoices by clicking "Pay Now" to the right of each invoice.
