RG LPT Private Lofty Account

In order for RG LPT to provide a high level of customer service and support for your Lofty account, we created a private instance. This allows our RG LPT staff to have access to all agent user accounts and gives us the ability to create many of the great marketing tools Lofty has to offer for you!

There was some account information that could not be completely transferred over. Please watch the video below and read this entire article to understand what this account change means and how to navigate it.

We understand that this change and the fact that some lead details did not transfer is inconvenient and may create more work for you in completing your lead profiles. Our intention with this account change is too ultimately lessen the work load for agents by assisting them in creating marketing materials and provide a high level of Lofty support.

Existing Leads will still remain in the original LPT enterprise account. All new leads will be routed to the new RG LPT account

If you had a basic Subdomain website, and never acquired the free upgraded "growth" website, then your website WILL REMAIN under the original LPT account profile. If you wish to upgrade your site (for free) and have that available under the new RG LPT team account, please reach out to Agent Services to assist
