How to Establish a Team

• Teams must consist of 3 members or more, (the leader and 2 additional agents). 
• Team leaders are required to be on the RevShare Plan (80/20)
• Your team name and any logos you have or will create, need to be approved for use by an LPT executive. Please confirm the team name you want to proceed with and email any logos in the format: Vector, SVG, AI, PSD, EPS for approval to marketing@lptrealty.com should you have any.

Getting Started

• Should you decide to proceed, please reach out to sebastian.villasmil@lpt.com and agentservices@realtygroupmn.com to initiate the process
• LPT will reach then schedule a team consultation call prior to initiating your team onboarding in an effort to assure a smooth transition. It should only take 30 minutes.
• LPT will send over a blank master team agreement via Dotloop for you to complete which will reflect your desired split percentages as they pertain to your team members. If your agents will have different splits, we can share a blank for each agent as they join. Once you fill out the fields and sign, we will send this agreement to any current and future team members for their signature. Once signed, we will then add them to your team in Connect. The team agreement MUST be completed through dotloop. Please reply back with a roster of agents who are joining your team. • A team termination form will need to be filled out and signed when a member decides to leave the team. You will include any current transactions in progress which are subject to the team agreement and the splits that pertain to those transactions. Only active properties in Dotloop can be listed as we are unable to assist with the enforcement of leads. Team members are removed from your team and team systems as soon as the team termination agreement is requested.
• You will be created a team LPT Connect account where your customized team logo can be added
• If you'd like a team instance of Lofty, we can establish that for you. We offer two different options, Enterprise and Private. Enterprise is at no cost and Private is at a cost of $199 / mo. A one time activation fee of $99 is required for each new account. This can be paid for by the agent or the team lead. I've provided links below for details on the differences. You would not have an independent web license, however, your team members will. We will add your team members to your team Lofty once they've signed the team agreement. We also offer team Dotloop at a cost of $85.00 per month.
