Realty Group's Seller Success Kit offers homeowners great ways to navigate a competitive real estate market.
This Seller Success Kit consists of 3 tiers with 3 different services within each tier.

Getting Signed up
The Seller Success Kit is a robust program with many detailed services.
RG does require that all agents wanting to use the Seller Success Kit complete a certified course at the price of $100.
The $100 Certification Course Includes:
- A short video and website that explain each Seller Success Kit Service
- A short assessment that tests your knowledge of this program
- Full use of Seller Success Kit Services and Vendors
- Eligible to receive leads from social media ads that the RG Marketing Team runs to Consumers about the Seller Success Kit.
- Seller Success Kit Video branded to you in your specific state (updated RG LPT version coming soon)
Seller Success Kit Booklet branded to you in your specific state
Agents must be well versed in this service and thus are required to order the service and complete an assessment to answer multiple questions on different elements of the Seller Success Kit in order to use it.
How to order
1) Visit http://www.everythingrg.com/ and click "Order RG Platforms and Services" or contact Agent Services to order!
2) Once you have paid the fee, you will be sent the assessment to complete from Agent Services. Use the "Certification Material" below to study and take the assessment.
3) Once you have passed the assessment, you will receive the following items via email as part of your certification:
- Full use of Seller Success Kit Services and Vendors
- Seller Success Kit Video branded to you in your specific state (as soon as it has been updated)
- Seller Success Kit Booklet branded to you in your specific state
- Seller Success Kit Leads assigned to you (See Lead Program Section below for details)
Please Note:
You will receive the booklet and lead access right away after passing your assessment, but the branded video will not be delivered until it has been updated with new RG LPT branding
The $100 certification fee gives you access to all the training and marketing materials as mentioned above. This fee DOES NOT include any of the actual Seller Success Kit vendor services such as staging, home remodel, etc.

Lead Program
As part of your certification, you will be part of the Seller Success Kit Lead Program once you have passed the assessment and sent a screenshot of the assessment to Agent Services.
How the Program Works:
Our marketing team runs a series of social media ads that are targeted directly to consumers. These ads explain the different features of the Seller Success Kit. The video then prompts the consumer to learn more about other aspects of the Seller Success Kit by calling a certified Seller Success Kit agent, you! See example of these ads below
Things to Note:
Any leads that come from these ads will be routed to a Follow Up Boss Inbox number where each of agent who passes the certification is a user. This means that FUB will ring all SSK certified agents at one time on their cell phones when a lead comes in. The first one to answer will get the call. If you do not pick up the call, the next person will be called, and so on.
These leads are provided to you at a 70/30 split
Below are the phone numbers that the consumer will be calling. There is one for Twin Cities agents and one for Brainerd. Please make sure you have the FUB app on your phone and save these in your phone as the contact "SSK Lead" so that you know what it is when you get a call!

If you answer the call, that lead's info will be recorded in FUB and assigned to you. The lead is then yours to work.

Knock Certification
Although it is not required as part of the Seller Success Kit Certification, it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that agents who use the Knock portion of the Seller Success kit be certified in the Knock Program. See details below!
