Realty Group knows the importance of utilizing a CRM and maintaining consistent and relevant communication with your database! This is why we have purchased a brokerage account and offer you a FREE seat on that account!
What is the difference between an agent owned CRM account and a Brokerage owned CRM account?
An agent owned account allows the agent to have full control of that account. This means the agent can:
Control and create all content (email and text templates, actions plans, tags, stages, etc)
Add other agents, teams, and other partners to their account
Set up their own automations
Brokerage account requires RG staff to have access to all aspects of the FUB account, including agent profiles, contacts, and content. RG staff having access to this information allows them to better assist you in setting up and maintaining your FUB account.
RG Staff are the ONLY people that have this kind of access. Agents DO NOT have access to any other agent's database information.
Having a free seat on a brokerage account makes having a CRM cost effective for you, but it does also mean that there are some limitations to your account which include but are not limited to:
Only RG Staff can create an Action Plan for you
Only RG Staff can set up Automations and lead flow rules
You will be able to see (but not edit or delete) other agent's material, such as Action Plans, email and text templates, tags, etc
Only RG Staff can give you the ability to Export your own contacts (which we are happy to do!) Just ask Agent Services to enable this permission!
