How to Sign Up
Each RG agent receives a Utility Connect link branded to them when they join RG LPT. Your personal Utility Connect link is www.utilityconnect.net/agentname (first and last name).

How to use your Utility Connect Link
Every time an agent lists a home, or submits a Purchase Agreement, RG automatically sends your Utility Connect link to your client! You can opt out of this option on your listing or buyer side file checklist. You can also choose to send the link to your client yourself!
Please Note: If your client reaches out to Utility Connect via your link prior to 2 weeks before closing, Utility Connect will wait to reach out to your client until that 2 week mark, as things may change before then

How to View Client Communication
The agent does have the ability to log into their Utility Connect account to see all the communication between your clients and Utility Connect Representatives.
How to Log In:
1) Visit your assigned Utility Connect website link
2) Scroll to the bottom and click "Admin" as shown below
3) Enter your email and the password that you were given in your "Welcome to RG email" or reset your PW if you cannot remember it :)
